It will convince you that you're not ready, not worthy, not capable of having both success AND a life. It will tell you that boundaries make you difficult. That rest makes you lazy. That prioritizing yourself makes you selfish.
That's all bullshit.
Without developing self-trust, challenging your thoughts, and working on your mindset, every other strategy is a waste of time. You can have all the productivity systems and time-blocking calendars in the world—but if you don't believe you deserve a life outside of work, you'll never create one.
And here's what I've learned more recently: your nervous system is running the show. When you're constantly in fight-or-flight mode, your body literally won't let you rest. It keeps you scanning for the next crisis, the next email, the next thing that could go wrong. Learning to regulate your nervous system changes everything about how you show up for yourself and your business.
